Hartzler and Case IH Scholarship

To be eligible, the applicant must be a present or past graduate from a Cass, Bates, or Vernon County High School and be enrolled in a college or university in the fall of the current year.
First preference will be given to a student enrolled in agriculture, or closely related field of study.
A great amount of emphasis will be placed on diligence and perseverance as demonstrated by involvement in extra curricular and community activities.
Other considerations will include academic achievements, citizenship, church involvement, and attitude precepts.
A portion ($250) is to be provided upon satisfactory evidence from the college the student is enrolled and plans to attend the fall semester. The remainder ($250) will be provided at the beginning of the second semester, with evidence of enrollment, unless other provisions are worked out.
The winner will be asked to furnish a recent photograph for newspaper articles.
