AG 1 Students Learn about Meats
Agriculture Science 1 Students learn about cuts of Beef, Pork and Lamb. The students will have to identify over 100 cuts of meat for the Meats contest in the Spring. They will also have to judge meat classes, take a test and work a meats formulation problem.
